Catalina Smith and Chloe Terrence are best friends, and have been since before they could remember. their parents each both own half of the city and the two girls were hardly ever seen apart. They grew up riding horses and doing what kids do, having fun. There still just as tight as before and the city's still going strong. Cat and Chloe grew up party girls, and have always been, going to Cat's mom's club almost every night, but every time at exactly at 5:00 on Fridays, and sometimes have some friends meet them. Cat and Chloe actually both were born here, and they're parents were friends in college, and had always wanted to own a city, and now they have one! Cat was a tad more outgoing then Chloe, and she would always be the one going around the club dancing around with hot guys. Chloe joins her, but barely
